Manfriend is designed to help users remember important dates, plan ahead, and receive timely reminders. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
Information You Provide
You may choose to enter information such as names, birthdays, anniversaries, favorite restaurants, favorite stores, gift preferences, clothing sizes, shoe sizes, hobbies, budget ranges, and other planning notes. This information is used to personalize reminders, plans, and suggestions inside the app. In the current version, this information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Notifications and Calendar
If you allow notifications, Manfriend will schedule reminders on your device before important dates. If calendar features are enabled, Manfriend will ask for permission before adding events to your calendar. You can change notification and calendar permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Concierge and Suggestions
Manfriend includes a concierge feature that helps generate gift ideas, planning checklists, restaurant suggestions, and other date-related assistance. Information you provide may be used to generate those suggestions. We do not sell personal information.
Data Sharing
We may use service providers to operate the app, deliver notifications, process app functionality, host the website, analyze reliability, or provide customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide within the app. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app experience, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the product. To request deletion of all your data, email info@manfriend.app and we will process your request within 30 days.
Children
Manfriend is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

Use of Manfriend
Manfriend provides date tracking, reminder planning, gift planning, and relationship-related organization tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for deciding how to act on any suggestions the app provides.
No Guarantee
Manfriend is intended as a planning aid only. We do not guarantee that reminders, notifications, calendar events, links, suggestions, restaurant information, store information, or concierge outputs will always be accurate, available, timely, or suitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the app.
User Content
Any information you enter into Manfriend, including names, dates, preferences, and planning notes, is yours. You grant Manfriend a limited license to use that information solely to provide the app's features and functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Third-Party Links and Services
The app may link to third-party websites, stores, maps, reservation services, calendars, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, purchases, bookings, policies, or errors. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.
Apple App Store
Manfriend is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Terms of Service, Apple's Terms of Service will govern with respect to your use of the App Store.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Manfriend is currently free to download and use. If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered in the future, pricing and billing terms will be clearly shown before any purchase through Apple's App Store purchase flow. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Manfriend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
